The room here had a really comfy bed, central heating, multi-channel TV, and coffee/tea amenities, with a great location close to a market and shops.

Delightful hotel, air-conditioned, silent rooms with a comfortable bed and a single bed, for example.

This place was perfect for what we needed, strongly recommend. The hotel was overall clean with exceptionally kind staff members. Central location was a plus. In L'osteria di Giovanni you could have Tuscan meals...

The room was very large, and WiFi was fast. The location is very good, and all of the attractions in Florence can be easily walked to from there. The staff was nice, and the room was kept clean and tidy.
Although the room did not face the street, there was a lot of noise every night from a local resident neighbour who argued very loudly with his wife from about 7:30 till 10 or so. That's not really the fault of the hotel, but it's something unexpected that was a bit of a bother... And the noise (doors, stairs, plumbing, etc.) from the other rooms was substantial too, which even ear plugs could not diminish. Too bad, because everything else about the hotel was good, but if you can't sleep at night, it's not that good really.

The best budget hotel ever, we stayed 6 nights had clean linen and towels daily.Room was spotless, comfortable with a large bathroom cleaned daily.4 star service in a budget hotel. We had breakfast at its sister hotel 4star just around the corner for 5 euros each, what a bonus! Biggest plus was the lady that ran it,the most welcoming, polite, friendly and imformative lady we have ever met.She really does go that extra mile to make your stay special, we cant praise her enough, she will make you smile everyday.Great location as well, easy walking to all major attractions and amenities.

The stuff was Ok and very friendly. It was only 100 minutes from the Railway Station and walking distance from Duomo and Ponte Vechio. It is good if you want to see the City and not spend so much money. The internet was ok.
There was no reception after 16:00.

If you have the privilege of having Nadia as your front desk worker, you're lucky! She was an endless source of information and made our stay in Firenze! The hotel is in prime location to the train station and the buses
Room 5 was right by the steps and when anyone walked down them

Location was excellent. Clean room. Very close to train and close to other sites.
Had to walk to another hotel to check in. No staff were available at this hotel during our stay. Bad smell in bathroom - from drain?

Great location near all the hotspots in Firenze. Take room 6, 9 or 10, they are in the back of the building, so no street noise here. Room 10 has a very big bathroom, also suitable for less abled people. The hotel staff is amazingly friendly and the price is just great. For 24 euro's extra per day they even park your car!
The first night we spend in a room on the street side ans that was very noisy. Also you have to walk the square to another hotel for breakfast which is an extra 5 euro per person.
